                一种西葫芦根腐病病原鉴定及其四肢百骸致病范围

                  摘 要:针对京郊发生的西葫芦根腐病,采用形态学和分子生●物学方法鉴定病原菌,并对该病@原菌的致病范围进行了测定,目的是为该病害的有效防控提供依据。结果表明,京郊发生的他最多打伤人西葫芦根腐病病原菌为腐皮ξ 镰刀菌。致病范围试验结果◥表明,人工接种该病原菌后,葫芦科蔬菜都能感病,不同种类以及不同▓品种之间的感病性存在差异,发病率为10.00%~100.00%。其中西什么都不存在了葫芦感病最严重,供试的4个品№种发病率均为100.00%;茄科和十字花科蔬菜均不感病,供试快体会吃品种的发病率均为0。建议ξ在生产上西葫芦可以与茄科作物、十字花科作物轮作,减轻腐皮镰最后连腿上都被花了几道血口刀菌根腐♂病的危害。

                  Pathogen identification of zucchini root rot disease and its pathogenic range of vegetables

                  Abstract: The objectives of this study was to identify the pathogen of zucchini root rot disease in Beijing suburb according to the morphological and molecular characteristics, and test its pathogenic range of vegetables, to control the disease effectively. The results showed that the pathogen belonged to Fusarium solani. By inoculating this pathogen on various vegetables, the pathogenic range test showed that all tested cucurbitaceae vegetables were susceptible to this pathogen. Different species or varieties of cucurbitaceous vegetables showed different susceptibility to the pathogen, incidence rate was between 10.00%-100.00%, among which zucchini plants were the most susceptible, the incidence rate of the 4 tested varieties was 100.00%. Solanaceous vegetables and cruciferous vegetables were unsusceptible to the pathogen, the incidence rate of the tested varieties was 0. It is suggested that the infection of Fusarium solani can be reduced by rotation of zucchini with Solanaceae and Cruciferae crops in production.

                  西葫芦(Cucurbita pepo L.)是我国重〓要的经济作物之一,在北京的生产︽以果实作为蔬菜为主,其∏含有较多的维生素C,具须知欲速则不达有较高的栽培价值,深受广大消费者的喜爱。近年来,由于长期的连作使得土传病害日益蔓延,因此在栽培过程中容易受到病害的危害,并造成极行么大的损失。西葫芦根腐〓病一直是保护地种植中西葫芦的重要病害,主要造成还有期待植株萎蔫和烂根,国内外均有研究报道。该病发病率※高,往往导致发病植株死亡,严重影响产量所以他才没交给自己。迄今为止,国内外已报道可引起不正常西葫芦萎蔫和根腐的病原菌很多,而且差异很大,主要的病原菌有疫霉菌[1-4]、露湿拟漆斑菌[5]和腐定义皮镰刀菌[6],均为常见的土壤习居菌,但导致北京地^西葫【芦根腐病的病原菌种类尚未见报道。
                  2020年5月,京郊四季青试验基地温室栽培似乎感觉到了什么的西葫芦出现了一种新的根部病是过往害,该病害在初花期开始↓发生,当发现有植株萎蔫时,病株率已经达到30%以上。仔细观察萎蔫植株,其根还想多温存些时候部腐朽,用手轻轻向上拉动植株地上部分,植株说完谭勇只身冲向可以从茎基部断开,切开其茎基部可见维管束褐化。为弄清京郊发生的西葫芦根腐病病原,笔者采集典型发病植株,对病原菌进殷切行分离鉴定,并进一步对※该病原菌的致病范围进行了测定,以期为该病的有效防治提供依据。
