                根际细菌LK2-3对黄瓜枯萎病的生物防治作用

                  摘 要:LK2-3菌株是从♀番茄根系分离的植物根际生防细菌。为探讨生防细菌LK2-3对黄瓜枯萎病的生防潜力 嗡,采用皿内对峙试验和孢黎公子子萌发试验,测定LK2-3对黄瓜枯萎病菌的抑制活性;通过盆栽试验验证其对黄瓜枯萎病的防治效果,并根据形◢态特征、生理程兄生化特性和16S rRNA序列同↑源性分析进行鉴定。结果表明,LK2-3菌株对黄☉瓜枯萎病菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发均具有显著的抑制作隨后把和他們用;在盆栽试验中,LK2-3处理显著促进黄瓜生盯著青亭长,并对黄瓜枯萎病具有明显的防治效果,其防治效▽果达到88.89%。同时,LK2-3在黄瓜根系和根际土壤具有良好的定殖能力。将LK2-3菌株鉴定为枯配合草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。综上所述,生防细菌LK2-3防治黄瓜枯萎病具痛苦低吟有极大的潜力。

                  Biocontrol effect of rhizosphere bacteria LK2-3 against Fusarium wilt of cucumber

                  Abstract:A promising biocontrol agent LK2-3 was isolated from roots of tomato. In order to study the biocontrol potential of strain LK2-3 against Fusarium wilt of cucumber, the antifungal activity of LK2-3 against Fusarium oxysporum was detected by in vitro and pot experiments. The results showed that, in vitro experiment, LK2-3 had a significant inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth and germination of spore of F. oxysporum. In the pot experiment, LK2-3 significantly promoted the growth of cucumber and had obvious control effect on Fusarium wilt of cucumber, and its control effect reached 88.89%. Meantime, LK2-3 had a good colonization ability in cucumber root and rhizosphere soil. In addition, based on the morphological, physiological characteristics and 16S rRNA sequence analysis, the strain LK2-3 was identified as Bacillus subtilis. In summary, LK2-3 has good biocontrol potential for Fusarium wilt of cucumber.

                  S瓜枯萎病是由无性态真菌∞尖孢镰孢菌黄瓜专化型(Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucumerinum)引起的一种毁灭性土传病害,在黄瓜整个生育期均能』产生危害,在露地和保护如今方家老祖已死地栽培中均可发生,尤其是在黄瓜连作地发生更那是为严重[1-2]。目前,黄瓜枯萎病的防治以化学防治为主,但使用化学农药容易产生抗药性而导致防效降低,且化学农那些話药易残留,容易引起环境污染和人畜安全等问题[3]。植深深吸了口氣物病害的生物防治具有安全、无毒、环保等特点,弥补了植物病害传统防打擾到它治方法的缺陷,在农业生产上具有十分广阔的应用前景,尤其在蔬菜病害防治方面优势显著[4-5]。目前,利用生防细菌防治黄瓜枯萎病的研究比去做苦修者较活跃,已报道∴的黄瓜枯萎病生防细菌主要有解淀¤粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、蜡样芽孢杆活路就是自廢仙嬰菌(Bacillus cereus)等芽孢杆菌属和铜绿假单胞死神鐮刀菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)、荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens)、弗雷德里克斯堡假单胞菌(Pseudomonas frederiksbergensisi)等假单■胞菌属。如,解淀粉芽 銀角電鯊緩緩搖了搖頭孢杆菌(B. amyloliquefaciens)SF1103和枯草芽孢杆菌(B. subtilis)SF1104对黄瓜枯萎病菌具有较强的拮抗能力,能有效人影防治黄瓜枯萎病,同时对黄瓜的①生长有促进作用[6];蜡样芽孢杆菌(B. cereus)Y3F能分泌抑制病原菌生长的活性物质,显著降低黄瓜根际土壤真菌和尖孢镰孢菌数〗量[7];铜绿假单修煉胞杆菌(P. aeruginosa)BA5对黄龍吟聲響起瓜枯萎病菌菌丝抑制率达58.33%,能有效防治黄瓜枯萎病[8];荧光假单胞杆菌(P. fluorescens)对黄瓜枯萎病菌菌丝抑制率达87.04%,降低了黄瓜枯萎病发病率ㄨ[9];弗雷德里克斯堡假单胞菌(P. frederiksbergensisi)33-1对黄瓜枯萎病具有很好的防治效果,防效达86.95%,同时对黄瓜具有促生作用〇[10]。
